Appointment Booking Terms
Please read the following terms carefully before booking an appointment with V4Veterinary.
1. Appointment Participation
Each appointment slot may include between 1 and 4 students, depending on the number of participants booked for that specific time slot.
2. Each appointment session will have a maximum duration of 45 minutes.
3. The appointment fee is a one-time payment only. No additional payment will be required for the same booked session.

2. Cancellation Policy
Students may request cancellation of a booked appointment by contacting us at least 4 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
3. Refund Policy
For eligible cancellations made at least 4 hours before the appointment:
- A cancellation fee of 40% of the booking amount will be deducted.
- The remaining 60% of the booking amount will be refunded.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
No refund will be provided if:
- The student does not attend the scheduled appointment.
- The student is unavailable at the scheduled appointment time.
- The cancellation request is made less than 4 hours before the appointment.
5. Acceptance of Terms
By booking an appointment with V4Veterinary, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
